First of all, we promise to be fair with our pricing and aim to please every customer (Yes, you too!).

Second, we know how frustrating it can be to be stuck without internet and be told to be stuck in a hold queue for what seems like hours. So we want to provide the fastest and most informative support that we possibly can. Every issue is dealt with on a case by case basis and we don’t have a script to follow. We prioritize getting you back online if there’s ever an issue!

If you decide to make the switch to us, there’s a good chance notice an increase in speed! Even if you decide to choose our slowest Fibre plan – Fibre 300, this is either faster or equal to most Internet Service Providers’ slowest plan (we’ll almost always beat them in price too!).

Yes! Our plans are structured with the average persons online habits in mind. We don’t provide a plan that wouldn’t be up to the task of streaming at least 3 screens at a time in HD.

Yes! Our networks is gaming ready and as we say below, we don’t implement a CGNAT so you can connect to more players. We also have Static IP’s available if you’re looking to host a server.

No! Our networks doesn’t implement a CGNAT like many other providers do. CGNAT interferes with network packets, and can stop some services like online gaming from connecting you with more people.

Yes! Static IPs are available for $6/mo on personal plans, or free with business plans.

At the moment, we aren’t set up to provide phone services, but it’s something we might look at in the future. If this is something you’re interested in, please get in touch!

We love competition! Get in touch with us and we’ll see if we can match the competitor. Please have the plan details ready (a link to the plan webpage is even better!). We will extend an offer based on how similar their plan is to ours.

We do our best to get you connected on your chosen connection date, and in most cases we’ll be able to get you connected it 3-4 business days. There are cases where a longer timeframe is needed and this will be communicated to you if so.

If you have chosen a Fibre plan but Fibre is not currently installed at your address, this will drastically increase connection time. Estimated connection times for new installs can range from 3 weeks to 3 months depending on how busy the installation team of your Fibre network is.
